To order a repeat prescription:

Repeat slips
These should be posted in the box opposite the reception desk.
48 hours notice is required on all prescriptions in the interest of safety, this will allow for relevant checks on those prescriptions to be carried out.
Your GP may want to withold medication if your review is due.

By phone
Please ring for a repeat prescription after 11am with the names of the items required.
Choose Option 2 on the telephone menu

Online
Repeat prescriptions can be ordered via Emis.
You first need to register at Reception to use this service. 
Once registered, click this link to go to the National EMIS ACCESS site.
On Emis, you can book an appointment, order a repeat prescription, or change your details, eg. address
 

Requesting a prescription without being seen for a recent onset problem
If you have a minor self limiting illness you may wish to request a prescription item without being seen.
You can ring through, choosing Option 1 on the telephone menu to have your situation considered by either a Nurse Practitioner or a doctor. You can discuss this request with the doctor or nurse practitioner and a decision made as to whether you can have this prescription.
